To protect Psychosocial Disabilities of the victims & survivors of Savar Tragedy 2 days Therapeutic Theater session was started from today by UTSA in association with CSID, ILO & ActionAid Bangladesh in YMCA training center at Savar.
UTSA is the pioneer organization in Bangladesh on Therapeutic theater as development approach. Through this process UTSA increased participants emotional and trauma management capacity. As well as communication skill, interpersonal and personal thoughts, beliefs, conflict of different interest groups too.
As psychosocial care provider organization this 2 days short trams counseling and group psychotherapy session; UTSA will provide support for the victims & survivors of Saver Tragedy through using Therapeutic Theater approaches.
Last years UTSA was conducted 10 Therapeutic Theater sessions for 250 victims & survivors of Saver Tragedy in association with CSID, ILO & ActionAid Bangladesh.

But victims & survivors of Saver Tragedy needed long trams psychosocial care assistance to recovering their anxiety, emotional difficulties, PTSD etc.
If the victims & survivors of Saver Tragedy does not get long trams counseling and psychotherapy support they will be transforming to psychosocial disabilities.
That’s why in association with CSID, ILO & ActionAid Bangladesh this mentioned 2 days advance Therapeutic Theater session was conducted by 5 members UTSA team of Theater Therapist.
