Indian Tagore song’s popular singer Shreya Guhathakurta and UK expatriate artist Nurul Islam has enchanted the audience in Moulvibazar district town once again on Friday night.
An organization of young cultural activists of Moulvibazar- ‘ Arunadaya’ has organized a cultural show naming ‘Tumar Sathe Gaaner Kela’ ( play of song with you) at local Saifur Rahman auditorium on Friday evening, where only Shreya Guhathakurta of India and expatriate artist Nurul Islam had rendered Tagore song one after another. Another cultural organization of the town- ‘Surer Vela’ cooperates the ‘Arunadaya’.
The audience was pact with the fonds of Tagore song. They enjoyed the whole programme started from 7.30 pm to 10 pm. Samiul Islam Polak was the announcer in the stage. His recitations from Tagore poem’s in the interval of songs had added the attractive flavor of the programme. Anjan Bondopadhay of Kolkata was in table, Surajeet Das of Kolkata was in Key-Board, Asit Biswas was in Esraj, and Babu was in Flute. Professor Abdul Khalique had delivered the address of welcome at the starting of the programme.
Popular artistShreya Guhathakurta came in the stage first with her opening song ‘Anandadhara Bohichhe Bhubone…’. After that, ‘Amar Hiyar Majhe Lukiye Chhile’, ‘Ami Tori Niye Bose Achhi’, ‘Pagla Hawer Badol Dine’, ‘O Amar Chander Alo..’, ‘Bipul Taranga Re..’,’Sokhi Bhalobasa Kaare Koy..’, ‘Se Din Dujone Dulechhinu Bone..’, ‘Je Raate Duar Guli Bhanglo Jhore..’, ‘Bhenge Mor Ghorer Chabi…’, ‘Gram Chhara Oi Rangamatir Path..’, ‘Bone Jodi Futlo Kusum..’, ‘Jodi Tor Daak Sune Kew Na Ase…’, ‘Ore Ore Majhi..’, ‘Majhe Majhe Tobo Dekha Pai..’ were renderd by two artists one after another.
Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali was also present in the programme and he greets all. Moulvibazar district BNP president and former lawmaker M. Naser Rahman, Moulvibazar Deputy Commissioner (DC) Qumrul Hasan among others were in the audience.
