Daffodil family affiliated online job portal and online job Search Company and recruitment solution provider Skill Jobs organized ‘IT Job Fair-2024’ today on 26th January 2024 at Daffodil Plaza, Dhanmondi in the capital. 20 reputed IT companies of the country have participated in the job fair with more than two hundred job opportunities. The main objective of this job fair was to establish direct contact between employers and job seekers.

More than 1000 job aspirants with IT knowledge participated in the fair and directly applied for various positions in the participating companies. Moreover, many companies selected their required candidates through spot interviews during the fair.

In the opening ceremony of the job fair, the chief executive officer of Daffodil Family and Skill Jobs Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman said, “IT sector is an important sector of the economy of Bangladesh. Job opportunities in this sector are increasing day by day. Through this job fair, we want to establish a bridge between employers and job seekers. We hope, this job fair will be a convenient platform for both parties. .”

Apart from CV submission and spot recruitment, the job fair had three workshops and two plenary sessions on career building in the IT sector for the participating job seekers. The sessions “Entrepreneurship e-Tech: Launching Your Startup Journey” and “Career Accreditation in IT: Strategies for Growth” were attended by leading entrepreneurs and mentors of the IT sector in Bangladesh. Fresh Job seekers who passed out from various universities and experienced job seekers also came to the fair to look for new jobs.This IT Job Fair of Skill Jobs is considered as an important platform for employers and job seekers. They are expected to get help in achieving their goals through this platform.
