Radio2fun is the first online live radio station in Bangladesh. It airs from Dhaka. It was founded on March 18, 2009. Actually it started test airing in September 2008 and official airing in March 2009. It is currently available in the whole world. It is a concern of Radio 2fun Entertainment (Bangladesh) Ltd. It is manly a music radio.
From the very beginning, it is trying to spread the Bangladeshi culture to the world. It plays popular Bangladeshi music. Music is featured in programs like Nishachar, Station Hitz and Music Masala a Weekend-special program, and others. It has released some albums also, its first audio album “The 69” with Fahim Music was released in 2010. This album has ranked in 2010 audio market of Bangladesh. After that Radio 2fun released “Radio Mixed” & “Valobashar Rong”.
It has about 191,587 likes on their Facebook page. The official slogan of Radio2fun is ‘Stay Tuned’. It is commercially broadcasting various interesting programs worldwide. It is not only popular in Bangladesh but also in other countries.
