Daraz Launches Its Own Servicing Center Recently, These Centers Will Provide After Sales Service of Infinix and General Mobile. Largest online shop of the country, Daraz (daraz.com.bd) has launched its first servicing center in Mirpur. From now on after sales service of Daraz exclusive mobile brands like Infinix and General Mobile will be provided from Daraz owned servicing centers. This is the first time an online shopping portal launched its own servicing center in Bangladesh. The service centers will be managed by the partner company of Daraz- 360 Service Limited.
The service center at Mirpur was inaugurated at 4:30 PM by Abu Saleh Didar, Head of Mobile Phone Category, Daraz Bangladesh Ltd.; Tanzila Rahman, Head of Branding & Growth, Daraz Bangladesh Ltd.; Ahmed Lokman Hossain, Chairman, 360 Service Limited and Kazi Ashfaque Monir, Managing Director, 360 Service Limited.
Within one month of launching the first service center, another 8 centers will be launched in Dhaka, Comilla, Khulna, Chittagong, Barisal, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Rangpur. 100% original and genuine mobile parts of General Mobile and Infinix will be available at these service centers only.
Abu Saleh Didar, Head of Mobile Category, Daraz Bangladesh Ltd. said on the occasion- “Inaugurating own service center is another step of spreading the blessing of e-commerce throughout the country.
